Connect only through remote control selection (giving computer's IP)

Hello,
I'm having trouble with Veyon4.1.7.
My master computer is under windows 10 in my classroom and my students's(client) under windows 7(laptops).
I have used the keyfile authentication (public for clients)
Unfortunately, I cannot see students(monitoring clients) but I can connect through remote view / remote control selection (giving computer's IP) from veyon interface and see/control/manage a client.

Did you configure Veyon to use IP addresses or hostnames? When using hostnames make sure your DNS setup is working properly, i.e. names can be resolved to IP addresses with regular DNS and not WINS/NETBIOS only.
