How launch programs inside user folders

I can run applications that are on the C drive inside the Program Files (x86) folder but how do I do that when the apps are inside the user folder? Since the location of the app is not at the same location on all machines is not the same, I can't figure out how to launch remotely. (i.e. userfolder names are different on each machine so therefor no one common pathway)
