Laptops/Wifi Server Disappearing

I have 25 latops and a desktop master PC that I need to connect - the veyon icon will show in the tray and then disappear/reappear every 1-2 seconds and will therefore not show up on the master pc. The desktop is wired and the laptops are on wifi...all same network however at the school.

What is making the icon disappear and reappear on the latops? any ideas appreciated!
