Internet access blocked

At seemingly random times, all the pupil computers with Veyon service running will simultaneously lose access to the Internet.
They still have network access.
I thought it was going to be an issue with our firewall Fortinet, but how would it just block the PCs running Veyon?
So, I'm thinking this might be a Veyon issue.This is a complete blocker on my use of Veyon in the classroom.
I do not have the Internet Access Control installed, but it really looks like that is what is happening.
Does anyone have any ideas?The only log entry I can see is this:
