Veyon Master dont see a computer after Acronis restore

Good morning,
I have a done a Full Store of a computer image with Acronis but after that Veyon Master doesnt see that computer anymore.

I dont what it can be problem, i have already checked the network settings (like ip, and so on)

PS: The PC is in a Domain Network, i've already talked with my Network Admin and he tried to remove the computer in AD and re-add same for the DNS records, already tried to execute commands for AD updates and that computer, but not working.

It can be the Private / Public Key misconfigured?
In this case how i can proceed?
