Text message doesnt show in client PC

Hi to all. I use 4.9.5 and the text message doesnt show in PC clients. Any advice or instruction to fix this?

Forget this, ive found a reference to my problem and is solved.
The problem was that the PC user has the same name than the PC. Changed that and the message starts to appear.
