Hello @herge
you can achieve the desired behaviour by setting up access control rules and deploy the updated configuration to all clients. You'll have to define rules for explicitely granting access under certain conditions, i.e. "logged on user is member of group <students>".
For anyone who is needing to do this I figured it out:
First enable google play
Go to Google Play and install Crossover
Have the windows 32bit installer ready
Type random letters until it allows the install of an unlisted program
Select Veyon and go to the installer
The only setting you need to change is the directory to your documents folder.
Not sure it is the same problem as the one I reported, but try to use IP address instead of computer name. I was able to fix all my connexion problems, even if I do not like depending on fixed ip addesses

Hello Tobias,
I found where my problems were.
I created 1 pair of keys for each computer room.
On the supervisor (manager) I added all the private keys and only uses the one in the first position to log on to each of the posts.
How can we tell her what private key to use?
I do not know if I am very clear, sorry I am not English
Thank you!
Hello,
this is currently not implemented as graphical interaction with the logon screen is technically difficult (due to security restrictions). Once Veyon 4.2 is finished we might have time to work on this again.
I suspect that there's problem with the placeholders which get evaluated as variables. You could try to use "%%room%%" (i.e. escape all percents by doubling them).
scusami maurizio volevo solo un aiuto . il mio problema e che ogni volta che vado sulla finestra del singolo pc mi chiede indirizzo ip. come posso fare x evitare tutto cio? purtoppo cosi e inutilizzabile. grazie anticipatamente
Same problem for me after updates on Windows 7.
Remove this updates do the job but it's not a long term solution.
Thanks in advance to fix it in a future version maybe
